A strong background in documenting procedures, following cybersecurity best practices, technical troubleshooting steps, and project outcomes
Experience architecting, designing, or deploying solutions from the ground up in areas such as:
Operating Systems & Infrastructure: Windows Servers, Networking, Apple macOS & iOS
Cloud & Productivity: Microsoft 365 (Fundamentals, Teams Administrator, Teams planning & design), Azure (including AZ-800)
Security: Sophos XG Firewall, Sophos Central Endpoint & Server, Ironscales Mail Security
Networking: Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, Ubiquiti UniFi Network & Enterprise Wireless
Business Continuity & Storage: Datto Advanced Technician, Veeam Backup & Replication
Certifications: ACSP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+
Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex technical issues without supervision
Ability to architect, design, and deploy technical solutions independently
Deep understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles
Strong communication and customer service orientation, especially when guiding non-technical users
Excellent documentation habits — clear processes, consistent updates, accurate technical records
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, follow established procedures, and meet deadlines
Willingness to adapt, learn, and continually grow technical skillsets
