Service Desk Engineer, Tier 4

We are seeking diligent, amiable, and talented service desk engineers to provide superior customer service to our clients. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers services to small-medium sized businesses. Our engineers monitor, manage, and support all aspects of our clients’ environments, including but not limited to their workstations, phones, servers, networks, and applications. Our engineers also work hard to identify problems and resolution activities, as well as to grow and to develop the organization's perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service. They are highly organized, able to self-manage, and possess great interpersonal communication skills.

The IT Manager's primary responsibility is to manage the activities and responsibilities of the Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support and services to clients. This includes managing the service delivery team's daily activities, the dispatch process of service requests, and providing technical assistance to the team. The IT Manager will also play a pivotal role in driving the professional development of the team, ensuring service levels agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
